Nobu Marbella
Black cod, big nights and Puente Romano glamour
The first Nobu in Spain sits inside the Puente Romano resort on the Golden Mile, and it behaves exactly the way you hope it will: low amber light, a sushi counter humming all evening, and a dining room that fills up with people who dressed for it.
Order the black cod with miso, the yellowtail with jalapeño and a round of rock shrimp for the table, then let the sake list take over. Dinner here easily rolls into drinks around the Plaza afterwards, so leave the evening open.
Book well ahead in summer - this is one of the hardest tables in Marbella between June and September.
