Nosso is a stretch of Las Chapas beach done with taste - sheer drapes, low wooden beds, organic-bohemian styling, and a kitchen that takes sushi seriously. The man behind the sushi counter, Carlos Navarro, placed fifth at Tokyo''s World Sushi Cup, which is not what you expect to find on a Marbella beach.

Nikkei and Mediterranean plates, a long lunch under the drapes, sunbeds from around EUR 40 a day.

Calm enough to stay all day, busy enough on a summer Saturday to book first.
