Rachel''s started as one bright brunch counter inside Puente Romano and has grown into four addresses around the Golden Mile. The idea has not changed: eat a lot of colour, and do not make it taste like a diet.

Smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, pancakes done properly, and a yoga-and-brunch session most weekends.

This is the place we send people who have had three days of seafood and grill and need a green Monday.
